Flowers in Vase post card is one of my husbands favorite paintings. He can’t quite explain what he likes about it, only that he likes to look at it. I liked painting it as much as he likes to look at it. It’s all about having fun.

I love rooster stuff. I don’t care for them personally as I was flogged by one when walking through the barn lot. The one on this post card looks much better than the one that attacked me. After mom got through with the old boy it was not suitable for painting. I think this one is suitable for sharing.

We used to have gold fish in a bowl with fake pearl gravel and a little castle on the bottom of the bowl. We enjoyed tapping on the side of the bowl to get the attention of the fish, only to find out they don’t respond well to training. It is calming to watch them swim, so these fish are portable. Just whip them out of your pocket
when stressed.

This is Fonzie the Wonder Horse . I certainly hope if you haven’t had a wonder horse, you have had a wonder of some kind that makes you smile. I painted this water color with all my heart and soul.

It’s difficult to capture the beauty of a rose.  This Queen Elizabeth bush has defied all odds of survival for the last 20 years.  Every year the flowers seem to be more stunning than the year before.

Lilac bushes are just beautiful and fragrant with colors ranging from a delicate lavender to a deep burgundy. Upon close examination, the floral heads are tiny individual blossoms with a bazillion shades of color.

Isn’t it nice to have something to look at just outside your window?  I’m subject to day dreaming with a cup of coffee in the morning.  I like to see color, especially on a rainy day.
